Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to lessons and services booked with MB Golf & Coaching.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from MB Golf & Coaching.

The service, date and time, location and price will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.

2. Prices and payment

The applicable price will be communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Any additional costs related to the golf course, driving range, range balls, green fees, buggy hire or other facilities are not included unless specifically agreed in advance.

Payment arrangements will be confirmed when booking or before the lesson.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please provide as much notice as possible.

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled time: no cancellation fee.

• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the agreed price may be charged.

• No-show without notice: 100% of the agreed price may be charged.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule should be sent directly to MB Golf & Coaching using the provided contact details.

4. Late arrival

If you arrive late, the lesson will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

The full lesson fee may still apply.

5. Weather and golf course conditions

Golf lessons often take place outdoors and may be affected by weather, course conditions or circumstances outside the control of MB Golf & Coaching.

If conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to carry out the lesson, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative time.

If MB Golf & Coaching has to cancel a lesson and rescheduling is not possible or suitable, any payment made for that lesson will be refunded.

6. Cancellation by MB Golf & Coaching

If MB Golf & Coaching needs to cancel a lesson due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.

You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. If the lesson has already been paid for and an alternative time is not suitable, the payment for that lesson will be refunded.

7. Participant responsibility

Golf lessons and coaching will be adapted to the individual where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for informing MB Golf & Coaching of any circumstances that may be relevant to the safe participation in the activity and for following applicable safety instructions and golf course rules.

Nothing in these Booking Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Right of withdrawal and statutory rights

When a service is booked online or through another form of distance communication, statutory withdrawal rights may apply in certain circumstances.

Exceptions may apply to services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your booking remain unaffected by these Booking Terms.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided in connection with bookings or enquiries is handled in accordance with the MB Golf & Coaching Privacy Policy.
